Hints and Tricks

• To make sure that no youth player leaves the club, you have to build a girls-boarding school.
• Get hold on good and young talents, to either let them play in your team or to sell them for a good amount of money or both. To do so let them play in your team until they are about 27 years of age, because in between 18 and 26 they will develop very well and will help you and your team. And with 27 the development will slow down and also you can sell them for a good price.
• To be successful it is enough to have 18 young players in your team. Because of the small team you save a lot of money with the wages, which you can use for new player ;). And you should have an amateur team with really young talents and a few older so they will get experience in league and cup.
• Never underestimate a big stadium.
• Really good staff-member have their price, but it is worth the trouble.
• Before every game you should have a closer look on your opponents team to find the weak points of their player. To make use of the weak points in the 3D-game, choose a specific MegaDev-Tactics from the FM08-Additions.
• If you have a surplus of money you should split it in 2 or 3 equal parts and make bank investments. Those investments should run different years (e.g. 1,2 and 3 years). If you need money after one year one investment is there for your personal use and if you do not need it you can reinvest it. And if you need the money earlier you can liquidate one of the investments and the others can go on running.
