Well, for me it works fine
You put the values first, then the cheat...etc, meaning you're following the instructions more than perfectly.
You have to try it a few more times, I don't know why, but sometimes on some cheats, it requires more than one attempt for the game to take effect from the trainer.
If THAT doesn't work, check your keyboard, all other cheats which require the same keys, do they work? As it might be the keyboard language causing you problems.
If not, you might be pressing the wrong numbers. You should use the numbers above your keyboard, not the ones on the right side (numpad).
Or it could be that some of the characters don't work...well try others, and see if they work. You should always report in if there's an error in the trainer, so the "generous" members will repair/update it =D.
