· What is this MegaTrainer XL (MTXL) actually?The MTXL is a programm which provides in multiple games, using simple keyboard
combitnations, certain advantages. An example for this would be pressing Alt+F1 increasing the money account in
game by 10.000.

· Why call it MegaTrainer XL?While usual Game Trainier are only designed to work for a single game in a single version
(sometimes more than one version) the MTXL offers cheats for a multitude of games.

· Do I have to download both the Setup and Update file?No. Once the trainer is already installed, the update version is all that is needed.
However, if you have not yet installed the MTXL, you will have to download the Setup version. Since both downloads
are allways the same version of the MTXL, it is not necessary to download them both. Only once an updated has been
released should one download the update version.

· What do I need to do to use the MTXL?First of all, you of course have to download the files (assuming no previous installation was made, this would mean downloading the Setup version). After downloading the files, install the Trainer in a folder (standard or where ever you choose to). Once this is done, the MTXL can be started through the start menu, or with the icon created on the desktop. Select your game and version of the game from the list, which opens an information list. This list will shows which hotkeys will have which effect on the game. Clicking on the start button will start the game, and will allow one to use the hotkeys to "train".

· For some games there's something like "[1]" behind the cheats. What does it mean?
This number is an "ID" for the cheat. Cheats with same ID cannot be used at the same
time.

· After I've installed and started the MTXL, I don't see any Cheats in the black center. What should I do?
In some cases there might be a problem during the
download or installation. In common it's enough to uninstall the MTXL,
download the setup again and reinstall it.

· While starting a game, I always get the message that the "Start-Button" of this game is not supportet. What does it mean?
This only means that the game has to be started using it’s own icon/shortcut, because
there were problems during the test starting the game from the trainer, or because information from the
Guest-Members was missing.

· Until version 1.3.2.0 there was no problem using game-intern ctrl-hotkeys in games like Civilization3. But with newer versions nothing occurs if the MTXL is loaded. What's the reason for?
It was necessary to create new hotkeys for the
game GTA-SanAndreas, as a result of the number of cheats we offer.
Unfortunately reserving those hotkeys may disturb the game-intern
hotkeys of some other games. We're already working on a solution.

· Some (or all) cheats don’t work on my Computer, what can I do?
A lot of programmes systematically block keyboard shortcuts. If you encounter problem,
you should, to test it, shut down all programms except for the game. If you then still encounter problems, please
contaxt us by e-mail and we will try to help and support you finding the error.

· What about system requirements?
For a long time, we have only been running our test with Windows XP. This means the MTXL
is only designed for Windows XP platforms (Windows 2000 should alos work). Due to the time between the addition of
new games, we cannot test all games with the latest ServicePack. If a game from a former Trainer-version (see
version legend in the info.txt file) doesn’t work, please contact us so that we can correct the problem. Be assured
that all the latest entries have been tested witht he latest ServicePack. Otherwise, the system requirements are
those of the game.

· I would like to have a trainer for one of my games. Can you help me?

· Is it dangerous to use the Trainer?
Well, this question can only be answered with a yes and a no. Since quality is one of our main priorities, we test each version thouroughly to guaranty it will run smoothly and without errors. However, it is risky to try and use the Trainer in Multiplayer game sessions, since most games are protected against these incursions, and in some cases, will reccord the serial and account numbers when cheating is discovered to lock out the user. Damage to save game files can also occur if the version/language of the game does not correspond to the version of the Trainer, of if you don’t run Windows XP.

· Can I also use the MTXL with other versions/languages then the ones indicated?
The indicated versions are not the only ones the Trainer will work with, but those are the versions we tested the trainer with. Usually, the trainer will not work with other version, however,if you are willing to try, you can do so, but notice that we do not recommend it and will not be held accountable for any damage.

· What is FM08-Godlike ?
The FM08-Godlike is the project-title of the trainer-entry for the FIFA Manager 08 to the MegaTrainer XL (MTXL). The most trainer-entries only includes up to 10 features, but with 296 cheats for the FIFA Manager 07, we're called this special project FM07-Ultimate. The trainer for the FM08 is again much more complex than the one for FM07, so we needed a new and better project-title, which is FM08-Godlike to make clear, that we want to cheat nearby everything possible in the game without causing bugs in it.

· Some hotkeys aren't working for me!If you having problems with all or only a few hotkeys of the trainer, here're some probable reasons

a lot of programs are using several hotkeys for it's own and prevent
the work of the trainer on these hotkeys... known with messanger-programs like
ICQ, MSN, Yahoo and the programs Nero Showtime, ATI-TrayIcon,
ATI-CatalystControlCenter
- solution: close all other programs for test (maybe also using the taskmanager)

· Where is the 'Win' button on the keyboard? Is it in between the Alt and ctrl?
Sure, the "Win"-button/key is the one with the Windows-flag which is between the Alt- and Ctrl-key.

· I know this is a very basic question, but how can I undo the cheats in Fifa Manager 08?
There're two hotkeys to disable the effect of the cheats. As written in the pdf-guide before the player-talent, you can disable cheats with Alt+X resp. Ctrl+Shift+Z. After this no other player/club will be influenced, but the effect will still remain. There's no way to undo the effect of cheat automatically without reload an older savegame, but you can fix most effects manually with the trainer (if you haven't affected the whole game, it's may possible with some time).

· When I install MTXL, Norton Antivirus always said have Trojan Horse and delete the exe file, please help.
Unfortunately some AV-programs like AVG, AntiVir, Norton are detecting from time to time the trainer false positive. You can check the file online e.g. at Kaspersky to see if it is free of virus or not. After sureness you can put the trainer to an exception-list in your AV-program. We can only ensure that we haven't programmed any kind of virus/trojan to our tools and that the reports are false positive, if you've downloaded the file from our server. Some AV-producer give users the option to send in files (like AVG). After send in, you'll get a report of state and the next AV-signature won't classify the trainer false positive (as long as they've forgotton the trainer again).

· How come my installation of both MTXL and MTX are stucked at creating the .exe file? The computer keep telling me it failed on moving the .exe file and something about 'code 2'?
This is a common error when the trainer cannot be installed. In most cases the antivirus-software is detecting a trojan-like-program (the trainer exe) and disallow the installer to copy the file. If you've downloaded the trainer from our site, it's a false positive detecting and you can either contact your AV-producer or try disable the AV-program while installation. · I`m downloading the trainer but it shows an error during the instalation. Can you help me?
Probably you mean the "Code 2" error. In this case the following will explain:

· Ok im trying to use MTXL for Spellforce 2: Shadow Wars V1.02 and it says in the trainer that i need to use Win+F02. Now is that Win+F2 or something else?
In all trainer-guides we've used "F02" and so on instead of "F2" for better display-format. So each time there's a zero in the F-key, you can simply ignore it.
Important for Spellforce 2 is that the MTXL don't work ingame, this mean you have to press the hotkey outside the game after using Alt+Tab. In addition the MTXL seems to be only compatible with the European and not the US version of this game.

· When I download the latest version of this my antivirus is ok. I use Norton 360 and PC Tools Threatfire. But when I try to install it Norton says it's a Trojan and quarantine's it. Anyone else get this reaction?
We got many user, who have the same problem with their Anti Virus programs. It's normal.
The Trainer is in the eyes of the AntiVirus program a trojan. But its harmles. There are no virus, trojan or anything like this within the trainer.
Sometimes you can say your AntiVirus program, that programs are ok. Do that for the Trainer.

· i installed the game thru a crack. when i try starting the game thru the trainer, it says the game is not installed.

· Hello, after i have installed the trainer i go to use it and when i press a hot key i get the message saying it can not find MegaTrainerKL.HLP file anyway you could help?
This is an old not completely solved problem. In all known cases another program resp. setting in Windows caused this problem. Please try to close other programs from systray and maybe taskmanager-processes until this messages won't be shown. This way you can figure out which other program causes this problem.

· MTXL doesn't work, I have HOMM5 1.6 and I select that and click start, but it says I don't have it installed? I'm using vista?
Maybe your AV-software is blocking the trainer. This means the trainer cannot read your windows-registry to get the installpath of the game, so trainer thinks the game isn't installed doesn't matter if you've installed the original version or not. In addition your AV-software can protect the game-memory for trainer-write-actions. It's also possible that you need to "run the trainer as admin" to get it to work on your system or disable the DEP.

If your AV-software is classifying the trainer as a risk software or something similar, it's possible the trainer.exe were deleted automatically and the link to the trainer ends in missing file.

This problem may occurs after updates of AV-software or the system itself. Please try to configure the trainer as trusted program in your AV-program and/or try to run the trainer as admin resp. try to disable the DEP.

· How do I add the trainer for Need for Speed- ProStreet to MegaTrainer XL (MTXL)?
Due to the fact we've discontinued the work on the MTXL and only make new trainers for the new MegaTrainer eXperience, the NfS-ProStreet trainer won't be added to the MTXL and you cannot add it to the MTXL yourself. However you can simply use the MT-X Need for Speed - ProStreet trainer.

· Hi there, thanks for the trainer. But i really do need your advise on this. I recently just got Stronghold collection, thus i installed stronghold 2 & SH legends. I got the Mega trainer XL. Everything worked fine til i activate the trainer via alt-F1 etc.
We don't know what exactly has happen for you after pressing the hotkeys, but if you use Vista or Win7 and don't disable the DEP the trainer won't work in most cases (>90%). This means either nothing happen (~20%) or the game crashs (~80%). Please disable DEP and try again.
You should also check if your gameversion is matching the one listed in the trainer.

· What is a hotkey?
A hotkey is a kombination of two or more keys on keyboard to activate a cheat in the game-trainer. If you've e.g. a hotkey like "Alt + F1", you have to press the "Alt"-key, hold it down, press in addition the "F1"-key and then release both or you can also press both keys at same time. But it's important you should only hold modifier-keys like Alt, Ctrl and Shift!

· Hey, I've got Heroes of Might and Magic V CE (v1.5) and when I press 'Start' it tells me that it isn't installed. I am NOT using a crack, and I'm running on Windows XP.
If this message occurs there're 3 possible reasons. Mostly an antivirus-program or the windows user-account limits the trainer and prevent the trainer of reading the windows-registry, so the installation-path cannot be located. The second possibility is that the entry doesn't exists in registry. Maybe a registry-cleaner has cleaned to much or the installation hasn't added it successfully. A reinstallation of the game should solve the problem in this case. As third possible reason you may not use the European CE, but another one. If I remember right, there was a "European" or something like this in registry path for my Collectors Edition. In this case the start-button won't be able to work.
However, you don't need to press the Start-button to use the MTXL. You can also run the game yourself from desktop or else and the trainer in addition. The hotkeys should directly work too.
You should also verify with our tool MegaChecksum if your game-version should be compatible, if you still have problems.
