The part MD-Trainers of MegaDev only deals with developing of gametrainers. In detail, that are the MegaTrainer XL (MTXL), the MegaTrainer XE (MTXE) and the MegaTrainer eXperience (MT-X). In opposition to normal cheats, which are direktly supported by games and therefor are implementet by the game-developer from the beginning, gametrainer are working by changing the RAM of the games to achiev the desired effect. The special feature of the MegaTrainers are that they don't support only one game like ordinary (game-)trainer but support a lot of games. Which they are in detail you can find in the trainers-overview.

[Left]Ctrl + F4	4	No wanted level		If you activate this cheat, your level at the police-bar will be frozen to "zero". During this time you can mostly race undisturbed close the police.
[Left]Ctrl + F5	5	Instant escape		As soon as you activate this cheat, each pursuit will be end successfully immediately and each new one will end immediately too, until you disable this cheat.
[Left]Ctrl + F6	6	Cars for free		Activate this cheat to get all cars for free. If you need money, sell the cars after it.
[Left]Ctrl + F7	7	Unlock cars		Using this cheat you can unlock all cars immediately for buying.
[Left]Ctrl + F8	8	Parts unlocked and for free		With this cheat the costs for tuning-parts will be set to 0 and in addition all tuning-parts will be unlocked.
Alt + X	9	undo (all)		Disables all cheats.
