The part MD-Trainers of MegaDev only deals with developing of gametrainers. In detail, that are the MegaTrainer XL (MTXL), the MegaTrainer XE (MTXE) and the MegaTrainer eXperience (MT-X). In opposition to normal cheats, which are direktly supported by games and therefor are implementet by the game-developer from the beginning, gametrainer are working by changing the RAM of the games to achiev the desired effect. The special feature of the MegaTrainers are that they don't support only one game like ordinary (game-)trainer but support a lot of games. Which they are in detail you can find in the trainers-overview.

If a patch will be released which isn't listed in the trainer yet, we will try to make an update for this as soon as possible, because patches generally change the memory addresses and therefore the trainer does not work for other versions than indicated. [L]Alt + F2	1	Opponent 2nd gear	2	With this cheat you can force the opponents to the second gear, so they can only drive slow. It's working for all races but the head-to-head saeson-finals.
[L]Alt + F3	2	Timer-minus	-	If you activate this cheat, the time will be decreased based on your speed. Because the cheat is also working for the AI, you should use it in combination with the gear-cheat to get the bonus-aims. In addition this cheat is very helpful for the head-to-head-races in the season-finals, because it seems the cheat affect both timers, but the real AI timer won't be affected. It's also useful for the special-events with dereasing timer. The time you have won't be affected, but the timer used for the medal. So even if you need 90sec, you're able to get a 15sec result for platin with a little bit sensitiveness in use.
[L]Ctrl + F1	3	Unlimited Flashbacks	-	Activate this cheat to get unlimited flashbacks in race and get back already used flashbacks.
[L]Ctrl + F2	4	+50.000 Gymkhana-points	+50.000	Each time you activate this cheat in events, you're current points-value will be increased by 50.000 gymkhana-points.
[L]Alt + X		undo (all)	-	Disables all cheats.
