The part MD-Trainers of MegaDev only deals with developing of gametrainers. In detail, that are the MegaTrainer XL (MTXL), the MegaTrainer XE (MTXE) and the MegaTrainer eXperience (MT-X). In opposition to normal cheats, which are direktly supported by games and therefor are implementet by the game-developer from the beginning, gametrainer are working by changing the RAM of the games to achiev the desired effect. The special feature of the MegaTrainers are that they don't support only one game like ordinary (game-)trainer but support a lot of games. Which they are in detail you can find in the trainers-overview.

[L]Alt + F3	3	Unlimited Ammo	-	If you activate this cheat your clip-ammo will still be decreased, but reload if for free.
[L]Alt + F5	4	Unlimited Items	-	As long as this cheat is active you can use all items you've at least 2 times unlimited often, because the amount won't be decreased no matter if you sell or use or drop them.
[L]Alt + F6	5	Unl. Weapondurability	-	Activate this cheat and your current weapon will have maximum durability as long as this cheat is active.
[L]Ctrl + F1	6	Godmode	-	With this cheat you are nearly immortal. Only falling from very big high or similar with damage >5000 can kill you.
[L]Ctrl + F2	7	Unlimited Stamina	-	With this cheat your stamina will always be maximum.
[L]Alt + X		undo (all)	-	Disables the freezing option of all cheats, but the value will remain until the game changes them now.
